Our in-person Davos audience skews toward senior leadership: C-suite executives, SVPs and VPs, entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers, and technology leaders. In 2026, we saw particularly strong representation from financial services, technology, consulting, and venture capital.
The virtual audience is intentionally broader — roughly a third corporate and investment leaders, a third education, research, and policy leaders, and a third emerging talent and the wider neurodiversity community, including students and young professionals looking for mentors and pathways. The mix is the point: a financial-services leader in conversation with a university president, a venture capitalist with a neurodivergent founder, an established leader with someone just starting out.

Founding, Presenting, and Platinum partners receive guaranteed speaking roles, with prominence scaling by tier. This works because organizations making that level of commitment typically already have real leadership to contribute on neurodiversity, talent, and the future of work.
Most of our panelists, award recipients, and Leadership Wall honorees are personally selected because we believe they have something important to say — DNS is not a pay-to-play stage. Only a minority of our speakers are sponsors, and that mix is core to the Summit's credibility.

2027 brings a significantly expanded Innovation Exhibit, with several venture capital partners already committed to participate. Founding and Presenting partners are prominently featured in connection with the Exhibit.
The goal is a real point of intersection — neurodivergent founders and talent, investors with capital to deploy, and corporate leaders looking for what's next, in the same room over the course of the week.

DNS extends well past the week in Switzerland: a growing media and podcast presence, the DNS Leadership Wall (moving toward an immersive LED format with a life beyond Davos), and a forthcoming book built from conversations that originate at the Summit.
Our virtual community stays engaged long after WEF week — we've seen email open rates approaching 40% within the first 15 minutes of a send, which reflects a community that follows the ideas and people, not just the event.

DNS 2027 runs in Davos during WEF Annual Meeting week, deliberately scheduled so participants can move between DNS and the broader WEF ecosystem. Top-tier partners select their preferred table placement and build an executive delegation with us directly, rather than purchasing individual seats.
Alongside the principal programming, we intentionally preserve smaller formats — workshops capped near 15–20 people, and select dinners and conversations closer to 12 — because that intimacy is where some of the most valuable relationships actually form.

Our Founder
The Summit is in experienced hands.
Dr. Maureen Dunne is a cognitive scientist and global keynote speaker who has advised Fortune 500 companies, universities, venture funds, and Members of Congress on building cultures where different kinds of minds do their best work. She is the author of The Neurodiversity Edge, a USA Today bestseller recognized with more than twenty awards, with a second book forthcoming from Wiley.
She holds a doctorate in cognitive sciences from the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar — the first community college graduate ever named one.
